How your cigars get from our humidor to your door — and the age rules we follow to get them there.
Handling time
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are typically packed the same day. Everything else goes out within 1–2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned.
Packaging
Every order is sealed with a humidity pack inside a resealable bag, then boxed in a rigid carton so nothing gets crushed in transit.
Multi-packs and Route builds ship in our Boulevard travel sleeve at no extra cost.
Rates & delivery speed
Flat-rate ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free.
Ground delivery is typically 2–5 business days depending on distance from our Florida facility. Expedited options appear at checkout when available.
Age verification — 21+ signature required
Federal and state law requires us to verify age. You confirm your date of birth before entering the site, and the carrier requires an adult signature (21 or older, valid photo ID) at delivery.
If nobody 21+ is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery. Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less shipping.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, to states and localities that permit direct-to-consumer cigar sales. We cannot ship to Utah, and certain counties and municipalities have additional restrictions.
If we can't legally deliver to your address, we'll cancel and refund the order in full — no restocking fee.
Weather holds
During extreme heat or cold we may hold an order a day or two, or add extra insulation, to protect your cigars. We'll always email you first if we do.
